The course is designed to ensure that your staff are able to deal with emergencies until such time that the emergency service has arrived. It is also an ideal course to help keep your first aiders updated and also provides an opportunity for them to ask questions to their instructor and peers.

Equality and Diversity can be compromised by candidates own values, opinions, and prejudices, this course explores how prejudices develop and how they may influence people. Candidates will gain an awareness of discriminatory practice and gain knowledge on how to promote equal opportunities for all and recognise the value of diversity.
This course is designed for staff who want to be a fire marshal or designated fire warden.
The course covers the causes and effects of fires, how to prevent fires spreading and emergency procedures needed. The course complies with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and can be combined with our fire extinguisher practical course for a more intensive training experience.
It is delivered by a real fireman who specialises in care settings.
