Once you attend you will be able to avoid the causes of challenging behaviours and manage these behaviours.
The aim of this course is to offer team leaders the chance to access and practice the practical skills needed to manage and lead a team of people successfully in a safe environment.
This course is designed to train champions to ingrain dignity in care as part of the ethos of an organisation. The program helps those who attend to explore what Dignity in Care means to them as individuals, and in their professional practice. To gain the skills to share this with colleagues of in their organisation and ensure that dignity care becomes a core part of everyday care practice.
This course addresses at an advanced level the principles of diversity, equality and inclusion in delivering care in a person centred way.
